Payroll & CPF Contributions

Singapore payroll is anchored in the CPF system: both employer and employee contributions are due on the last day of each month and must be remitted to the CPF Board via CPF EZPay. Contribution rates are graduated by age bracket — with different rates for employees below 55, 55–60, 60–65 and above 65 — and employers must also submit annual IR8A declarations to IRAS for each employee.

01
Obstacle

Manually looking up CPF contribution rates by employee age bracket, calculating each amount and entering them into a spreadsheet every month produces errors and occasional late remittances that attract CPF Board penalties.

Solution

Automated payroll engine with current CPF contribution rates applied per employee age bracket, producing a CPF EZPay-ready CSV and pay slips in one run.

02
Obstacle

Preparing the annual IR8A declarations for all employees — reconciling monthly pay slips with CPF records and IRAS requirements — consumes several days of work and is error-prone when done manually.

Solution

Auto-generated IR8A annual declarations and CPF monthly contribution schedules in the formats required by IRAS and CPF Board, produced directly from the payroll records.

CPF contributions and IR8A handled every cycle

Age-bracket rates, EZPay-ready output and annual declarations — all automated.
