Real Estate Brokers
Independent brokerages spend more time on commission math than on closing. The MLS lives in one system, transactions in dotloop or SkySlope, splits in Excel, agent payouts in QuickBooks, and the client database in whatever the team lead happened to subscribe to. 4b2b turns the broker-of-record's daily question — "what do I owe each agent for the homes that closed this week?" — into one screen.
Where the pain shows up
Pain point
Each agent has their own split (50/50, 70/30, capped, post-cap 100% with monthly fee). Brokerages reconcile these in spreadsheets every closing.
How 4b2b helps
Per-agent commission plans (flat split, tiered, capped, anniversary-reset) stored as policies. Each closed transaction auto-computes broker / agent / referral split.
Pain point
Referral fees and team leader overrides multiply by the time you're done — and a missed override is a relationship problem at the agent level.
How 4b2b helps
Multi-party commission allocations (broker + listing agent + buyer agent + team leader + referral + transaction coordinator) on a single transaction record.
Pain point
Client CRM is a notepad on the agent's phone. When the agent leaves, the leads leave with them.
How 4b2b helps
Brokerage-owned CRM with per-agent access. Lead source, last-touch, next-action and pipeline value visible to the broker but unshared between agents.
Pain point
Showing schedules clash with closing dates, inspection windows and earnest-money deadlines.
How 4b2b helps
Per-transaction milestone calendar with SMS reminders to agent, client and TC for every contingency removal and key date.

Questions we hear most
Do you integrate with dotloop, SkySlope or Brokermint?
We import transactions and documents from dotloop and SkySlope via their APIs (read-only). If you'd rather drop a transaction-management tool entirely, 4b2b has its own document and milestone module.
Can it handle anniversary-reset caps?
Yes. Each agent has a cap policy (e.g. cap of $23,000 in broker fees per anniversary year, then 100% to agent with a monthly desk fee). The system tracks cap progress live and rolls over on the anniversary date.
Do you produce 1099-NEC for agents?
Yes — per-agent annual totals with TINs, ready for e-filing through Tax1099 or your preferred service.
Is the CRM MLS-integrated?
It pulls listing detail from major MLSs via RESO Web API where the local MLS exposes it; for MLSs that don't, you can ingest a daily IDX feed. Saved searches, hot-lead alerts and showing scheduling work on top of that.
