Is data fully kept in Canada?
On Enterprise plans, all primary data and backups are kept in Canadian data centres (Toronto Equinix TR2, Montréal Cologix MTL3). Standard plans use EU residency by default with optional Canadian residency available.
What about Quebec Law 25 requirements?
Law 25 (effective Sept 2023) requires private sector entities to disclose any cross-border data transfers and assess privacy implications. Canadian residency on our Enterprise plans avoids these disclosures entirely.
