No. 4hosting servers are located in Finland (EU). There are no Canadian data centres.

Can I use it under Quebec Law 25?

Law 25 does not ban hosting outside Quebec, but it requires a privacy impact assessment before transferring personal information outside the province and adequate contractual protection. That assessment is yours to carry out.

What are the included DevOps hours?

Most plans include a monthly quota of hours for DevOps, cybersecurity or programming requests, which do not carry over to the next month. Work above the quota is billed separately.
