4invoices.net can send payment reminders by e-mail and, once you connect your own 4notify.net account, by SMS. 4softcrm.net can issue an invoice from a deal through 4invoices and, after you connect 4notify, send SMS or WhatsApp from the customer record. Each connection is configured per account: the products are separate and share one 4b2b account, not one database.

4b2b.net is the ecosystem's storefront and doesn't publish its own API. Of the products, 4invoices.net has a documented public API for invoicing and e-Invoicing, available for external integrations. For the other products, integration options depend on your chosen plan.
