Fiscalization 2.0 is Croatia's mandatory B2B e-invoicing system via the FINA Mojcert central hub. Rollout in phases 2025–2026: large taxpayers already in 2025, all VAT payers by January 1, 2026, and non-VAT payers from 2027. 4b2b issues, receives and validates eRačun through the Mojcert API with no manual work.
